After the Results of AIEEE 2008 have been announced the central Counselling Board, its time for all the students to concentrate a bit harder on the counselling and to know a bit earlier of their postion and predict which seat they would obtain. The comments are now getting repeated and it is not humanly possible to reply to all the comments. So I will answer the most general questions here itself.

• You can know your expected rank by looking at the table for expected AIEEE 2008 ranks posted by me above.
• Cutoff for AIEEE 2008 central counseling is expected to be about 80-85 marks if the number of seats are increased due to OBC quota else it will be about 95-100 marks
• Your admission to NITs and some of other institutes depends on the state you belong to as there are fixed number of seats allocated per state in each NIT.

Punjab Quota : CSE - 9,000 , ECE - 7,500 , Mechanical - 13,000, ICE - 15000 , EEE - 17,500 , Civil - 23,000 , Chemical - 24,000 , BioTech - 21,000
