Job Details - Assistant Data Specialist

Eligibility :

• B.E/ B.Tech - ( Any Specialization)/ MCA candidates from 2012/ 2013 batches.
• Knowledge in Excel (mandatory) & 2013 batch candidates will be preferred.

Job Description :

• Manage the data being entered into and extracted from the SAP MM relating to the Order Management process.
• Ensure data accuracy and tasks completion within the same day under the established performance standards.
• Update daily work list & track log.
• Completion/creation of Generic & variant articles based on data available on POC, SD & CWB in SP.
• Retrieve Customer Purchase Orders (CPO) from the MF, Complete IM, flag CPOs based on data available on POC, SD & CWB in SP.
• Complete SO, Assign vendors, create Vendor Purchase Orders (VPOs). Make sure correct NDC, price (TP&MM where applicable), mode and vendor is entered in theVPO.
• Run ZVO8 report to Check for discrepancies and make changes as necessary
• Make sure all the VPOs that have been created are released to vendor on the same day.
• Once shipment is completed- based on SO/ VPO close report, close the SO/ VPOs on SAP based on process for 0 units shipped & 95% shipped.
• Complete all change log & issue log requests
• Ensure adherence to accuracy, error free creations of VPO & updation of daily work list & track log

Salary : INR 2.25 - 2.5 Lacs P.A
